Finger millet, pearl millet, kodo millet, little millet, porso millet, foxtail millet, Barnyard millet, browntop millet, wheat, toor dal, cashew nuts, poppy seeds, dates, pumpkin seeds, black channagi, urad dal, low pea hyacinth beans , green gram, horse gram, ground nut, flax seed, moth beans, almond, methi, cardamom, black pepper, black salt, dry fruits (3 types) red rice, nerale rice, kuruva rice, suggi kayime rice, noura rice, channagi rice, kalame rice, messe rice, shatir rice, athikama rice, Rajakayani rice, halinga rice, rajashree rice, rathnachodi rice, ragi mani rice, naga rice, pitasale rice, chowre rice, karijay rice, twolasi rice, chick pea rice, rasnalim rice, herbs – 5%, Ashwagandha, brahmi, jestha madhu, athibala, shatavari.

Direction for use :
  1. Mix 2 table spoon of Sampoorna Millet mix powder with 50ml of water, stire thoroughly to avoid lumps,
  2. Add this mixture to 200ml of boiling water/milk and stir continuously in medium flame.
  3. Can add salt/jaggery/spices according to the taste
  4. Boil for 5-10 minutes and serve.
